The values that inspire the development of the mission and vision of the City Council are the following:
We manage our processes with a citizen orientation, offering channels of participation through active listening, where transparency and good governance are consolidated as determining tools of the social control of the Administration and its activity, for the benefit of greater democratic quality.
We believe that our main asset of the entity is found in our staff, and consequently we encourage the development of the capabilities of both professionals through continuous training, the promotion of teamwork, and the establishment of criteria of effectiveness and efficiency in the management, as well as the prevention of safety and health in the work environment.
We consider that it is necessary to involve our service provider companies and the other administrations with which we collaborate in the objectives of the City Council, promoting the perspective of cooperation, mutual benefit, networking and co-responsibility.
We want to differentiate ourselves by our ability to innovate and adapt to the changing situations in our environment, strengthening digital administration, relying on the continuous improvement of the projects and processes for which the City Council is responsible, taking advantage of the knowledge society and the incorporation of information and communication technologies in internal management to improve administrative effectiveness towards citizens.
