Just 20 minutes from Barcelona, Castelldefels Castle sits atop a hill with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the Garraf Natural Park. Once a strategic point against pirate attacks, the castle now houses an interpretation centre that brings to life the thrilling history of piracy along the Catalan coast.

Exceptions:
- On the first Sunday of every month, entry to the Museum is free.
- Museum Night will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with free admission.
- January 1 to 6: Gardens and access to the Castle – Closed
- March 30 to April 6 (Holy Week): Open
- Monday, December 7 (local holiday): Open
- Open days: From August 13 to 15, and on December 5, 2026
- December 25, 26, and 31, 2026: Closed

At Castelldefels Castle we work so that everyone can enjoy the visit in a comfortable and safe way. Our space has several adaptations to facilitate access and the route for people with reduced mobility, families with strollers and other groups with specific needs.
- Access ramp to the main gate of the castle.
- Elevator to access the different floors of the building.
- Adapted toilets.
- Parking spaces reserved for people with a disability card.
- Audio guides available for all audiences.
- Signage with pictograms to facilitate orientation within the premises.
