Commitments 1, 2, 3 and 4
The survey will be carried out continuously with beach users throughout the high season. The Beaches Officer will collect the data and prepare a report at the end of the high season based on the responses obtained.
If any commitment is not met, the causes will be assessed and the necessary improvement actions will be defined to ensure compliance with the commitment.
Commitment 5
Data collection is recorded weekly during the high season. Technical staff from the areas responsible for programming the activities will carry out the data collection, and the Beaches Officer will prepare a monitoring report at the end of the high season.
If the commitment is not met, authorisation will be requested from the person involved in order to contact them and provide a personalised response. The causes and the necessary improvement actions will be assessed to guarantee compliance with the commitment.
