The values that inspire the development of the City Council’s mission and vision are as follows:

Citizen-Centred Management: We manage our processes with a clear focus on the public, offering participation channels through active listening. Transparency and good governance are established as crucial tools for public oversight of the Administration and its activities, fostering greater democratic quality.
Valuing Our Staff: We believe that our personnel are the organization's primary asset. Consequently, we foster the development of our professionals' skills through continuous training, the promotion of teamwork, and the establishment of efficacy and efficiency criteria in management, alongside safeguarding health and safety in the workplace.
Collaborative Networks: We believe it is essential to engage our service providers and other collaborating public administrations in the City Council’s goals, strengthening the approach of cooperation, mutual benefit, networking, and shared responsibility.
Innovation and Adaptation: We aim to set ourselves apart through our ability to innovate and adapt to the changing circumstances of our environment. This is achieved by strengthening digital administration, relying on the continuous improvement of the projects and processes for which the Council is responsible, and leveraging the knowledge society alongside the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in internal management to improve administrative efficiency for our citizens.
